How it works

- You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of submitting your form.
- Upon receipt of payment, an e-Gift Certificate will be sent to your recipient.
- Your recipient has one year to redeem their certificate and schedule their session.
GIFT CERTIFICATE REQUEST
This e-Gift Certificate is redeemable for one 60-minute portrait session ($300 value), either the recipient's home or at the outdoor location of their choice. Please refer to the Services page for further details. It is the recipient's responsibility to contact the photographer to schedule this session within one year of the purchase date. Note: Gift certificates for specialty and extended family sessions are not available at this time.

Thank you for your interest in Heather Smallwood Creative! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting the form above. These Terms & Conditions will also be included along with the Gift Certificate (either emailed or mailed) for the benefit of your recipient.
This Gift Certificate is good for one (1) 60-minute portrait session scheduled within one calendar year of the purchase date. Purchase date is defined as the date that the invoice is paid. Recipient may not use this Gift Certificate to book an extended family or specialty portrait session. Once purchased, HSC Gift Certificates are non-refundable. If the Gift Certificate is not used within one calendar year of the purchase date, the funds are forfeited and the certificate is considered expired. Expired Gift Certificates are not eligible for a refund. Gift Certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The certificate covers the session fee and a gallery of approximately 90 (45 color, 45 black and white) digital images, edited with the standard HSC post processing workflow. No canvases, prints or other merchandise are included. HSC does not guarantee any specific number of images in final galleries. Further retouching can be requested by the client but may require additional fees, to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Session locations that exceed 20 miles from 63303 are subject to a $25 travel fee, to be paid by the client during the booking process, invoiced separately if necessary.
The recipient of this Gift Certificate is responsible for initiating the booking process. The recipient may call, text, email or submit a web inquiry to get in touch with Heather Smallwood Creative to book their session. All clients, including those who use Gift Certificates as their form of payment, must complete the standard booking process in order to secure their session date & time. Please initiate this process a minimum of four weeks prior to your desired date. Heather Smallwood Creative will make every effort to find a mutually agreeable date/time for your session, however, last-minute inquiries are not guaranteed an appointment time. Outdoor sessions are available April 15 through November 30, weather permitting. Precipitation (ie. rain, snow), temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit or heat indices in excess of 95 degrees Fahrenheit will require rescheduling.
Sessions will take place in the Saint Charles, Missouri and surrounding metro area. Locations that require traveling more than 40 minutes from the studio ZIP code are not offered at this time.
Additional Terms and Conditions may be added at any time, should the need arise to amend this list. Anyone who has purchased a Gift Certificate and has not yet completed their photo shoot will be notified of any amendments, clarifications or updates to this list using the e-mail address listed on the invoice.
